Somerskogen Sugarbush /

is a maple syrup producer located in Minnetrista Minnesota and  is owned and operated by Mary and Don Somers and their son Peter Somers.

Sap is collected from over 200 taps from over 40 acres of sugar maples.

I spent the first few months of 2013 shooting photography and video of the activity before designing and producing their website.
